What It Is?

PT-141 (Bremelanotide, brand name Vyleesi) is a lab-made synthetic cyclic heptapeptide – a precise 7-amino-acid analog of natural -melanocyte-stimulating hormone (-MSH). It was refined from the sexual-arousal side effects first seen during Melanotan II research (the tanning peptide).
