Kisspeptin-10 is a lab-made synthetic decapeptide – the shortest active fragment (10 amino acids: Tyr-Asn-Trp-Asn-Ser-Phe-Gly-Leu-Arg-Phe-NH?) of the natural kisspeptin protein produced in the hypothalamus.
