What It Is?

Pinealon is a lab-made synthetic tripeptide – a super-short chain of just 3 amino acids (Glu-Asp-Arg) copied from natural proteins in the pineal gland and brain tissue. Developed in the 2000s by Russian scientist Prof. Vladimir Khavinson and his team as part of their ‘bioregulator’ peptide family, it is designed to target the central nervous system specifically. Unlike Epitalon (which focuses more on pineal melatonin and telomeres), Pinealon is the brain-specific version – tiny enough to cross cell and nuclear membranes and directly influence neuronal gene expression.

Think of Pinealon as your brain’s ‘cellular tune-up crew.’ It slips straight into neurons and flips protective gene switches.

How it works:

– Enters the nucleus and regulates gene expression for neuronal proteins.
– Suppresses free radicals (ROS), prevents apoptosis (cell death), and activates proliferative/repair pathways.
– Boosts neuron resilience to stress (oxidative, hypoxic, age-related).

– Neuroprotection: shields brain cells from oxidative damage, hypoxia, and age-related decline; improves neuron survival.

Pinealon has one of the cleanest safety profiles among Khavinson peptides – decades of Russian use with almost no issues reported.
In available studies (preclinical + small human): No serious adverse events or organ toxicity.

Mild/rare effects:

– Injection-site redness or mild irritation.
– Occasional headache, dizziness, nausea, or temporary sleep changes (very uncommon).

Bigger caveats:

– Limited modern long-term Western data – most safety comes from short courses in elderly patients.
– Theoretical risk: any gene-modulating peptide could interact with existing conditions (though none reported).

Bottom line: Extremely well-tolerated in studied doses, but still experimental — medical supervision recommended.

Method of Administration: Subcutaneous into fatty tissue.
Reconstitution: 2ml Bac water into single vial. See Reconstitution Guide
Dose: 2mg daily, therefore 20 units or 0.2ml. Use peptide calculator for alternative dosage.
Course: 20 days.
Cycling: Repeat every 3 months for maintenance or as needed (e.g., during respiratory seasons or after illness).
Tip: Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water; store in fridge. Use insulin syringes and sterile technique.
