WRL B12 is a subcutaneous injection delivering methylcobalamin, an active form of vitamin B12.
This 10 ml vial contains 1 mg (1,000 mcg) of Vitamin B12 per ml as a sterile solution intended for subcutaneous injection. Vitamin B12 (cobalamin) is essential for DNA synthesis, healthy red blood cell production, myelin maintenance, and converting food into usable energy.
Injections bypass the gut, so they are commonly used when absorption is reduced — for example after gastric surgery, with pernicious anemia, certain GI disorders, long-term metformin or acid-suppressing medicines, or a diet very low in animal products. Subcutaneous administration is generally well tolerated and can be less uncomfortable than deep intramuscular shots for many people.
Each millilitre provides a full 1 mg dose. A 10 ml vial is typically used as a multi-dose container under hygienic conditions.
This product is a supplement/medicine support tool, not a cure-all. Energy, mood, and neurologic symptoms improve only if a true B12 deficiency or malabsorption problem is present. Blood tests (B12, MMA, homocysteine, full blood count) and a clinician’s diagnosis should guide use.
Typical dosing (always follow a prescriber)
Dosing is individual and depends on severity, cause, and whether neurologic symptoms are present.
